If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with one of our products, follow the procedure below and we will issue you your choice of a full refund or an exchange of product.

Here is what to do:

1. Within 30 days of purchase, call our office toll-free at: 1-888-494-1010 x105 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Return the unused portion of the product along with the Return Authorization Number we issued to you.
3. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process your refund / exchange.

Please note, only returns with a Return Authorization Number will be processed.
