Nature's Relief: Powerful Natural Anti-Inflammatory Agents for Joint Health
This supplement contains four powerful, natural anti-inflammatory agents:
- Curcumin
- White Willow Extract
- Boswellia
- Ginger
Studies in recent years have confirmed the evidence that Curcumin, White Willow extract, Boswellia and Ginger possess potent anti-inflammatory, pain-killing properties, and provide meaningful pain relief in patients with joint inflammatory conditions.
Unlike anti-inflammatory medications these natural agents do not cause stomach erosion, intestinal bleeding, liver failure or kidney damage, high blood pressure or congestive heart failure.
As well, some of these natural agents also show promising effects on blocking steps in cancer development
(National Cancer Institute – https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/treatment/cam/hp/curcumin-pdq; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27091399/)
Curcumin is also a well-established STAC (sirtuin activating compound). In this role as a STAC, curcumin is shown to “switch on” Sirtuin Longevity Genes in our cells, which act as epigenetic switches that activate other genes associated with disease prevention (i.e., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease) and healthy life expectancy (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30145851/)
Dr. Meschino has provided updates on some of the studies using these natural agents in the management of arthritis and other inflammatory conditions, which can be viewed (along with scientific references) at the following links:
